The All-Red Rock Conference volleyball team for 2024 has been announced.
Among area volleyball squads, Westbrook-Walnut Grove leads the way with four players making the team and another two being honorable mention. Southwest Minnesota Christian also had four all-conference members and one more honorable mention.
The all-Red Rock Conference team includes:
Russell-Tyler-Ruthton: Senior Avery Schreurs, junior Ava Karbo, and sophomores Laken Baartman and Paisley Thooft
Southwest Minnesota Christian: Seniors Hannah Caspersen, Avery Fey, Madyson Fey and Cami Vander Haar
Westbrook-Walnut Grove: Seniors Riley Parker and Natalie Wahl and juniors Leah Carter and Carlie Ross
Adrian-Ellsworth: Junior Brylee Zebe and Kamry Lehnhoff
Murray County Central:: Senior Emmi Peltola and freshman Suttyn Schryvers
Edgerton: Junior Reese Vande Griend
Red Rock Central: Juniors Tia Donkersloot and Maia Scheffler
Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey: Junior Phithsada Phoumivong
Honorable mention picks are: juniors Brezlyn Buchert and Ava Guida of R-T-R; senior Cathryn Feikema of Southwest Minnesota Christian; senior Liv Locke and sophomore Hadley Jenniges of W-WG; senior Katelyn Frodermann of Adrian-Ellsworth; senior Kelli Miller and junior Kate Blankenship of Murray County Central; junior Kya Voge of Edgerton; sophomore Natasha Erickson of Red Rock Central; juniors Katelyn Johnson and Andrea Lang of Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda; and senior Bailey Spykerboer of Hills-Beaver Creek.
