Assembly speaker scheduled for S-O's Homecoming Week

Sibley-Ocheyedan Community Schools will host an assembly speaker as part of Homecoming Week.

James Furlong, a former educator, will speak from 9 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17. He will talk about his own struggles and the struggles of his children in finding their way. His message focuses on finding your purpose and valuing each individual's unique gifts. 

Parents and guardians who prefer their high school student not participate in this assembly should contact the high school office, and other arrangements will be made.
