The Big South Conference has announced its Boys Basketball All-Conference Team for the 2024-2025 season.
Luverne, which led the conference's Red Division with a 6-2 record, has seniors Carter Sehr and Landon Ahrendt on the team. The team also includes seniors Lukas Means and Elway Berg of Redwood Valley, senior Job Ogeka of Windom and senior Makhi Winter of Pipestone. Honorable mention choices are senior Tagon Woelber of Pipestone, sophomore Elliott Serreyn of Windom and senior Wyatt Haler of St. James.
Waseca led the White Division with an 8-0 record and has seniors Damarius Russell and Carson Ohnstad and junior Deron Russell on the time. Seniors Alex Franson and Cooper Mensink of Marshall are also included, as are senior Jacari Swinea of Worthington and sophomore Owen Potts of St. Peter. Picked for honorable mention are senior Jerry Soderlund and junior Parker Maloney of St. Peter and sophomore Mitchell Hopp of New Ulm.
JCC, Belle Plaine and Fairmont each went 6-2 in the Blue Division. Senior Grant Freking and junior Weston Rowe represent the Huskies on the all-conference team. Belle Plaine juniors Ethan Martin and Kelton Koepp are also included, as are Blue Earth Area senior Gage Barker and senior teammate Will Bromeland and Fairmont senior Oliver Tordsen. Honorable mention picks are JCC senior Aiven Farmer, Tri-City United junior Jaylen Nhem and Fairmont junior Logan Junkermeier.
