Minnesota West Bluejay Football is presenting a "Meet the Pros" youth football camp from 8 a.m. to noon on Monday, July 20. The camp is intended for boys and girls ages 7-16 and will take place on the Minnesota Community & Technical College campus in Worthington.
New Minnesota West head football coach Jermaine Smith is hosting the camp and is bringing in a number of special guests, including: former Carolina Panther Mike Minter; former Miami Dolphin Arturo Freeman; former Atlanta Falcon Rod Coleman; former St. Louis Cardinal Mike Loyd; and former Pittsburgh Steeler Willie Parker, along with others.
Check-in will be at 7:45 a.m. at the Minnesota West Center for Health & Wellness, Room 302. Youths participating in the camp should bring tennis shoes, cleats, workout clothes and a mouthpiece.
