There are 97 Nobles County individuals with current COVID-19 infections who are within their 10-day isolation period, according to the latest data released Friday by the Nobles County COVID-19 Joint Information Team. This represents a 16-person increase in current infections since the previous report.
Nobles County infection counts as determined Friday by Community Services were 4,643 total confirmations, up 13 from the previous report on Tuesday. There are 4,495 cases that are past the 10-day isolation, and there have been 51 COVID-related deaths in the county.
The 97 known, currently-infected residents fall into the following age ranges and are indicated along with the change from the previous report: birth-age 10, 20 (up two); 11-15, 10 (up one); 16-19, three (down one); 20-25, nine (up one); 26-50, 35 (up six); 51-64, 10 (up three); and ages 65 and older, 10 (up four).
Area private-vaccine providers in Nobles County, all in Worthington, are: Access Family Medical Clinic/Avera Medical Group, Hy-Vee Pharmacy, Sanford Health, Sterling Drug and Walgreens.
Friday’s press release notes that Nobles County is not requiring masks within the county buildings; entities within the buildings such as state departments may have other requirements. CDC guidelines will continue to be monitored.
