There are 97 Nobles County individuals with current COVID-19 infections who are within their 10-day isolation period, according to the latest data released Friday by the Nobles County COVID-19 Joint Information Team. This represents a 23-person increase in current infections since the previous report.
Nobles County infection counts as reported Thursday by the Minnesota Department of Health were 4,770 total confirmations, up 30 from the previous report on Tuesday. There are 4,621 cases that are past the 10-day isolation, and there have now been 52 COVID-related deaths in the county.
The 97 known, currently-infected residents fall into the following age ranges and are indicated along with the change from the previous report: birth-age 10, 10 (up four); 11-15, 10 (up seven); 16-19, five (down one); 20-25, nine (up two); 26-50, 35 (up six); 51-64, 16 (up four); and ages 65 and older, 12 (up one).
Area private-vaccine providers in Nobles County, all in Worthington, are: Access Family Medical Clinic/Avera Medical Group, Hy-Vee Pharmacy, Sanford Health, Sterling Drug and Walgreens.
A new mobile app called Docket is now available that allows individuals to look up their vaccinations. Docket will show proof of vaccination status upon requested from various entities, without having to carry a vaccination card.
