eNotices for property taxes available in Nobles County

Property owners in Nobles County will soon be receiving their 2025 property tax statements in the mail. 

Property owners are encouraged to take note of the information at the bottom of the statement about the opportunity to go paperless for future tax statements.  There will also be an enclosure with the statement with instructions on how to sign up for eNotices online going forward. 

The process to sign up is simple and the authorization code required will be at the bottom of each property tax statement. The eNotices online service will allow for more than one email for parcels that are owned by multiple individuals, and each owner will now be able to receive an electronic statement for the same parcel.

It will be the responsibility of the property owner to inform eNotices online about changes to email addresses. The Auditor-Treasurer’s Office will still maintain a current mailing address for property owners who choose to go paperless.  Please reach out to the Auditor-Treasurer’s Office at (507) 295-5258 if you have questions.
