The Minnesota West Lady Jays volleyball team won on the road Wednesday night 3-0 by scores of 25-20, 25-13, 25-10.
Ella Hesse led the Lady Jays, ranked sixth in the nation, offensively with 11 kills. Abby Loosbrock paced Minnesota West in blocks with six and Claire Bohlen added five. Kate Slettum had two ace serves while Lexi Schreurs passed for 25 set assists and went 14-for-14 serving.
Minnesota West hosts Dakota Technical College Friday night and Century College on Saturday. Century College, ranked second nationally, topped the Lady Jays last Saturday, but lost in five games to St. Cloud Tech on Wednesday.
