The license of an Avera Worthington doctor has been reprimanded, according to a Monday press release from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
Dr. Robin Aaron Javaherian was reprimanded for actions that took place on March 9, according to the press release. The release stated that he "engaged in conduct that departs from or fails to conform to the minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing medical practice; unable to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of illness; improperly managed medical records, including failure to maintain adequate medical records, to comply with a patient’s request made pursuant to section 144.291 to 144.298 or to furnish a medical record or report required by law; became addicted or habituated to a drug or intoxicant; and violated the terms of the health professionals services program participation agreement."
Dr. Javaherian’s license was reprimanded and suspended, but the suspension is stayed contingent upon his compliance multiple terms and conditions.
