Mara Clarke of Fulda is our Athlete of the Week

Mara Clarke, a Fulda eighth-grader who competes for the Murray County Central/Fulda High School girls cross country team, is this week’s Radio Works Athlete of the Week. Clarke topped all competitors with a personal-best time of 20:19.01 in coming from behind late to win the girls race at Thursday’s Turkey Trot meet hosted by Worthington High School’s cross-country teams.

The Radio Works Athlete of the Week is being brought to you by JBS Foods in Worthington. At the heart of every culture around the world is delicious food that brings us together. Each recipient will be recognized with a Radio Works Athlete of the Week T-shirt as well as recognition on our social media pages. Athletes will be recognized from schools that include Worthington, Jackson County Central, Heron Lake-Okabena, Fulda, Sibley-Ocheyedan, Adrian-Ellsworth and Minnesota West.
