More ballots turned into Nobles County Auditor/Treasurer's Office

A total of 171 ballots were returned to the Nobles County Auditor/Treasurer's Office on Tuesday, meaning 1,510 ballots were still in the hands of voters and must be returned by 8 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.


Voters may hand-deliver ballots to the Auditor-Treasurer’s Office or deposit their ballot in the secure drop box located at Door #1 of the Nobles County Government Center. The drop box is available 24/7 and under video surveillance. The Nobles County Auditor/Treasurer's Office window is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and there will be extended hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.


As for mail ballot precincts, Graham Lakes Township is leading the return rate at 68.71%, followed by Bloom Township is at 63.44% and Leota Township at 63.35%.
