Worthington High School hosted its 2023 Awards Day on Monday afternoon.
Among the several students earning recognition during the event were the 2023 Senior Students of Excellence. Students recognized by subject included: Lily Mahlberg, agriculture; Abagotte Opiew and Marenono Opiew, business; Tyler Jaycox, communications; Belinda Morales Perez, family and consumer sciences; Oscar Galvez Mendoza, industrial arts; Marisa Juarez Perez, mathematics; Ezra Bonnett, music; Tanner Gundermann, physical education and health; Michael Bustamante Miranda, science; and Amaiya Kleve, social studies.
Students graduating with high honors and honors were also recognized during Awards Day, as well students who participated in an array of WHS activities and organizations.
