There are 274 Nobles County individuals who currently have COVID-19 infections within the 10-day isolation period, according to the data released Friday by the Nobles County COVID-19 Joint Information Team. That’s 35 more than the case count reported by the team on Wednesday.
Nobles County infection counts as reported Thursday by the Minnesota Department of Health were 6,152 total confirmations – 53 more than the previous report – along with 5,822 cases that are past the 10-day isolation. There have been 56 COVID-related deaths in the county.
The 274 known, currently-infected residents fall into the following age ranges and are indicated along with the change from the previous report: birth-age 10, 23 (up four); 11-15, 19 (up three); 16-19, 22 (up four); 20-25, 24 (up three); 26-50, 128 (up 14); 51-64, 35 (up five); and ages 65 and older, 23 (up six).

Area private-vaccine providers in Nobles County, all in Worthington, are Access Family Medical Clinic/Avera Medical Group, Hy-Vee Pharmacy, Sanford Health, Sterling Drug and Walgreens.
