Three student-athletes apiece from Hills-Beaver Creek and Southwest Minnesota Chrisitan are among those named to the 2024-2025 to the Red Rock Conference's all-conference boys basketball team.
Named to the squad from the Patriots were Micah Bush, Jamin Metzger and Brodie Metzger, while Trevin Prins, Gavin Rieck and Ryan Pap were selected from the Eagles.
Four schools had two players chosen for the all-conference team. For Murray County Central, they were Gavin Gillette and Aidan Swenson. Mountain Lake Area-Comfrey had Landon Strom and Aiden Olson selected. Russell-Tyler-Ruthton is represented by Chase Christianson and Sean Griesse and picked from Westbrook-Walnut Grove were Hudsen Jenniges and Drew Swanson.
Also named to the all-conference team were Aiden Tweet of Adrian-Ellsworth, Kade Moffitt of Edgerton and Henry Stavnes of Red Rock Central.
Earning honorable mention recognition were the following: Michael Gunnink and Tanner Thomson of Edgerton; Dillon Smith and Bryce Nielson of Heron Lake Okabena/Fulda; Beau Bakken and Sawyer Bosch of H-BC; Hudson Schryvers and Max Miller of MCC; Colton Thomson of R-T-R; Caden Sas of Southwest Minnesota Christian and Neil Kuehl of Westbrook-Walnut Grove.
Hills-Beaver Creek finished atop the Red Rock Conference this season and advanced all the way to the Section 3A championship game, where it lost to Dawson-Boyd.
