Windom police are requesting help from citizens in identifying a suspicious person likely displaying a knife in an east side neighborhood of Windom.
The incident was reported shortly after one in the morning Sunday. The person was wearing a face mask and dressed in black clothing according to reports. Individuals with any information about this person please contact the Windom Police Department at (507) 847-6134.
