Southwestern Minnesota Opportunity Council announces that it has been funded to open a community resource center in Nobles County.
SMOC Executive Director Darci Goedtke said the center will be called the SMOC Family Resource Center and will be located at 713 10th St. SMOC is partnering with District 518 Community Education to promote family wellbeing and connection in the community.
Goedtke added that SMOC is in the process of hiring staff and hopes to hit the ground running very soon.
