Three hurt in Tuesday I-90 crash in Jackson County

Three people were injured as the result of a Tuesday morning crash on Interstate 90.


According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass operated by Steven Lynn Soldwisch, 59, of Harrisburg, S.D. was eastbound on I-90 when it crossed the median and collided with a westbound 2013 Kia Soul operated by Priscilla Ann Thoreson, 72, of Altura. The crash took place at 9:09 a.m. Tuesday near milepost 61 in Jackson County's Rost Township.


Soldwisch was transported to Sanford Worthington Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury. Thoreson and a passenger, Dennis Donald Thoreson, 75, of Altura, were both taken to Sanford Jackson Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The Jackson County Sheriff's Office, Lakefield Ambulance and Jackson Ambulance assisted at the scene.
