Vote in person, or turn in ballots, before 8 p.m. tonight

It's Election Day and polls are open until 8 p.m. across Minnesota.

Nobles County Auditor/Treasurer Joyce Jacobs said as of 5 p.m. Monday, there were still 787 mail and absentee ballots that needed to be returned to that office by 8 p.m. tonight. The dropbox is available until 8 p.m. tonight, and people are encouraged to get those mail and absentee ballots returned as early in the day as possible.

Voters who live in a mail ballot precinct can come to the county auditor/treasurer's office if they are in need of a replacement ballot. The auditor/treasurer's office is the polling place on Election Day for mail ballot precincts.

For more information on voting, contact the Nobles County Auditor-Treasurer’s Office.
